Although we have already written some other post about original bars in Barcelona, today we write about El Bosc de les Fades (Fairies’ Forest), one of the bars (or coffee) most original in Barcelona.
It is a place recommended to go with children, couples as friends. It is a beautiful place while curious and original worth visiting at least once.
El Bosc de les Fades is located next to the famous Wax Museum of Barcelona (it belongs to the Museum), less than a minute from the bottom of Las Ramblas, near the sea side.
As its name suggests, the interior perfectly recreate a forest full of trees and accompanied by elves and fairies. You hear all the time the sound of a river bottom, sometimes interrupted by the sound of a storm. The feeling is amazing.
The drinks must be ordered in bar and the place is usually pretty crowded. The tables are shaped trunk and chairs (stools) too.
We recommend you go any day you stand to walk along Las Ramblas with time to stop for a drink and enjoy the unhurried place;-)
