Barcelona City Ramblas, a guest house with everything you need in the most famous street in Barcelona

Sleeping in the center of Barcelona is a luxury, but to sleep in La Rambla, the most famous street in Barcelona, it’s an experience. So today I want to recommend a modest pension in La Rambla of Barcelona, just to touch the Plaza Catalunya, which despite being simple accommodation you will have everything you need for a traveler may need for your stay in Barcelona.

We are talking about Barcelona City Ramblas-before known as Pensión Canaletas- an accommodation situated on a fifth floor without elevator (going to exercise your legs!) Which, however, will reward you with magnificent views of the city.

Barcelona City Ramblas accommodation has rooms with private bathroom and rooms with shared bathroom. However, stands out above all cleaning and personal care.

Also, for you live permanently connected, this guesthouse in Barcelona offers you free high speed wifi and a computer with Internet access that you can also used for free. Is not it fantastic? You can get at night, take the tablet or smartphone and quietly preparing your route for the next day😉

To not carry your bags on the last day of your stay, Barcelona City Ramblas also offers free luggage storage.

In front of the guest house Barcelona City Ramblas is the famous “Font de Canaletas”, where FC Barcelona fans celebrates the victories of their team.

In La Rambla, besides walking, see mimes, eat ice cream and watch shops you also have theaters and, of course, the famous Liceu.

We recommend not to take anything or eat at the typical terraces of La Rambla. They are very expensive and of poor quality.

Strolling will arrive fairly quickly to the Port Vell and Maremagnum, the maritime commercial center of the city.

Another good option is to enter the streets and discover the Raval or so fashionable Born district.
