You know that every first Sunday of the month most of Barcelona museums are free ; However, perhaps you did not know, that there are some museums in Barcelona that can be visited free every Sunday of the year, whether or not it earlier this month.
The condition, though, is to visit these museums free on Sundays from 3 PM, which seems a perfect plan because Sunday is usually the day you eat with family or longer and hearty meals are made, and we can eat and then calmly digest the meal with a cultural walk through some of the free museums that we can see.
The museums that can be visited free every Sunday from 15h, are:
- Maritime Museum ( certainly small will love it! )
- CCCB: Centre of Contemporary Culture of Barcelona
- Museum of Music
- Museum of Design (Museum of Design)
- Blau Museum (Natural History Museum)
And, as there is always the exception that proves the rule, the famous MNAC, the Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya, is free every Saturday from 3PM
